Cut out shapes from heavy paper snowman white. Divide cottonballs and dishes with a little glue on them. Have the children put the cotton snowman in the paper. You can also take paper plates and cut the center, some glue pieces of tissue paper, red and green all around and add a bow to make a wreath.
