We also witches are usually associated with Halloween. But what exactly do we know witches? Let's see ...
First of all the term witch 'is actually derived from the words wiccian, Wicca or Wiccan, wise woman every sense, " or plural, "Wise Women. They have always been interested in learning the special virtues of medicinal plants, the course of the moon, stars and other planets, and many other aspects of nature.
Witches are usually associated with land-based religion called Wicca, however, many others could be called "witches" and while they are not following this particular religion. The truth is that so-called "witches" the exercise of a mixture of old customs which stem from ancient pagan times. These rituals existed centuries before the arrival of Christianity. Christians spread the word "witch" and as the idea that those who lived under the cycles of nature were the worship of the church of the devil.
It was the Catholic religion, which established the concept of Satan or a demon. Until the Catholic church came on the scene there was no concept of Satan or a demon. In fact, the term "pagan" itself means "people of the country" - no devil believers.
Thinking systematically to women when one hears the term "witch" also a common mistake many men are witches. Another misconception about male witches is the term "witch". Again, this idea is driven by Hollywood as the word sounds more manly.
In fact, the term "witch" originates from the Middle English "Warloghe" and Old English "wrloga" and means "one who breaks faith belief" or "traitor." The term "witch" was used by pagan abomination as a word to describe the people who had bretrayed and forms of nature.
Everyone knows that witches are able to cast spells. "Spell" is a word actually derived from the Old German "Spiel" means "prayer". Basically, someone who casts a spell, pray for a certain outcome, which is not different from what the followers of Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, etc. do. The belief is that you can harness the power of the life force of the universe to call into being what they want.
The Witches of instruments used to help cast spells are "accessories" to evoke the right atmosphere and mood as costumes and props used by actors to help them act like the characters they are supposed to represent.
While witches are supposed to be bad for many people, the fact is that whether or not either good or bad is for the individual. Magic is neither black nor white, but simply does not exist and how to use depends on the user.
Finally, the witches, as any follower of a religion are free to do whatever they want during the time it harms none.
